I learned that you should always do failure analysis when you are not seeing the problem wright in front of you. I did a head gasket the other week and got to do it again this week because of a cracked head. I worked 32 hours this week.

Spent this week replacing a flex plate  doing a few  thousand hour services and doing a  a bunch of pdi on New forklifts. It is true about this line of work you are always learning. I worked a total of 30 hours this week.

.I did a head gasket at work I have learned that working at a dealer ship you want to be as efficient as possible to get the job done. I have been getting faster the more I learn. I have worked a total of 90 hours the past few weeks.

Learned how to change a timing belt faster by marking In a few locations and transferring to the New belt so you don't have to align everything . Worked a total of 30 hours this week.

Learned how to press on solid tires this week it takes about 80000 psi to press them on. I worked 32 hours this week .

Finished the rest of the annual inspections this week. also installed a transmission in a Mazda 626 this weekend. I worked a total of 32 hours this week.

Spent some time rebuilding a steer axle on a toyota. Replaced the king pins bearings and steer bushings. ALSO replaced a water pump and did some services I have found you have to have a good understanding on what you are doing because you will get something apart and wait a week for parts.  I worked a total of 26 hours this week.

Spent the week doing services and break jobs also I did three annual inspection that consists of a full inspection of the entire lift truck I worked a total of 31 hours this week.

This week I worked on a 40 series kamatsu forklift I had to remove the engine to replace the ring gear I found it to be easy when you don't over think it and pull just what you need of to get the job done. I worked a total of 32 hours this week.

Spent this week doing 2000 hour services.its basically a full service and a complete check over of the entire machine.  I worked another 30 hours this week.

I pulled a engine and transmission to replace th transmission I also did a couple 2000 hour services which consists of changing all the fluids and filters also service the breaks and wheel bearings. I have found  that doing all the paper work that goes along with the work can take some getting used to. I have a total of a 153 hours so far.
